Oyash Multilines Limited was first established in 1994 in Nigeria, and the America branch in 2010 as a small business enterprise in Tampa, Florida, on the principles of Care, Expertise and Integrity. Our mission is to provide quality service to our clients through a proactive management and time tested knowledge that will go beyond the client's expectations.
The Management Team
‘Nimbe Oloruntobo, D.Min , Ph.D. CEO/Principal Partner
Dr. Oloruntobo has 24 years of experience in Architecture, Building Construction, Rural and Urban area planning and development. Prior to his relocation to the United States, he was the managing partner in a 40 person Architecture & design-build firm and also a team member of the RCCG camp development committee in Nigeria. He is presently a member of the RCCG-North America Camp development committee. He has to his credit designed and built over 80; cathedrals, custom built homes, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, luxurious apartment complexes, banks, multipurpose centers, automobile dealership center, Schools both in Nigeria and in the United States. A member of many professional bodies, he has a master’s degree in Architecture, a master’s degree in Project management and 2 doctoral degrees in Theology.
Mario Parra, P.E. Managing Partner
Mr. Parra has over twenty-seven years of experience. His clients include both private clients and public entities. Responsibilities have included complete scope preparation, task definition, budget management, project management, quality assurance, quality control, estimating, and construction assistance and supervision. His experience in Civil Engineering includes the design of both urban and rural highways, all aspects of drainage design and permitting, right of way determination and acquisition, construction plan preparation, signal design and traffic engineering studies.
Alvie F. Griffith, PLS. Director of Survey
Mr. Griffith is a Professional Engineer and registered Land Surveyor and Mapper. For over eight years he has been the Senior Survey Consultant/Trainer for a major software development company to the DOT and private clients throughout the US. During his twenty years of professional career Alvie has actively participated in engineering design and survey projects in rural and urban environments; providing project supervision and performing all types of land surveying activities to include: construction stake-out, level runs, traverses, data collection and processing, right of way, topography, cross sections, and other surveying functions for land development and road construction projects throughout Florida.
